Harlem Bespoke: It appears that 152 West 140th on 7th Avenue has almost topped off in Central Harlem and should be ready sometimes by the first half of next year. This mix-used building by the Strivers Row neighborhood made an interesting proposal earlier in the year when the digital artwork posted out front had major fashion retailers rendered as the anchor tenants. This is probably all wishful thinking but at least the McDonalds next door updated their facade to match with the new neighbor. Check out the aforementioned original rendering in our past post:
