BESPOKE: PREVIEW OF SHAKE SHACK ON 125TH STREET

Harlem Bespoke:  Shake Shack on 125th Street at the corner of Fifth Avenue will officially open tomorrow, Tuesday, December 18th at 11:00AM but we were able to drop by during the training session today to get a preview of the first location of the specialty burger shop in Central Harlem.   The 3,754 square-foot space started up construction this summer and will eventually have mural artwork out front from local Harlem students.

Beer from the Harlem Brewing company will also be available along with the 125 Treat shake which features snickerdoodle cookie chunks from Lady Lexis Sweet at 1931 Madison Avenue.  The order counter is right at the front entrance when guests walk in and there are roughly around 60 seats available for those who want to eat in.  Many curious pedestrians kept sticking there heads in this morning but will have to wait until tomorrow to try out the notable menu which includes the signature burgers, Chick'n Shack, Flat-Top Dogs and crispy crinkle fries all made to order.

Tomorrow's opening day will also donate 25% of proceeds to local non-profit Harlem Grown which provides mentorship for healthy living through urban farming programs.  There will be hot chocolate and free swag for the first 100 people to show up tomorrow starting at 11:00AM in the morning so make sure to arrive early!
