Harlem Bespoke: A storefront at 416 Lenox Avenue had been going under a gut renovation a couple of years ago and now it appears that plans have changed for the address located by 131st Street. Plywood had been installed in the past month and a rendering out front reveals that a residential building will soon be constructed on the boulevard. Spring 2018 will apparently be the completion date and DOB permits show that 12 apartment units have been approved for the 6-story new construction.
