Harlem Bespoke: A studio at 167 West 129th Street is going for $1,495 a month which was pretty much the rent for a one-bedroom in the same building about a year ago. With that said, the unit is fully renovated and is on the 3rd floor of the walkup which is quite ideal in our opinion.
