Harlem Bespoke: We noticed a van on 125 Street that had free graffiti removal advertised on it so decided to do some research to see if this was really a thing. It appear that this city initiative was start back in 1999 and all that needs to be done is to file a claim with the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
