Harlem Bespoke: Design renderings for the next Columbia University building to be built in Manhattanville by 12th Avenue were revealed three years ago and now the new construction has really made some progress. Number 614 West 131st Street is part of the $7 billion Manhattanville campus that has transformed Harlem's former industrial areal into a glassy neighborhood for Ivy League students. This has all been planned for well over a decade and now things are really moving along. Check out our post to see what the latest addition will look like when finished in the next year or so:
