CONSTRUCTION: 320 WEST 135TH STREET REVEALED

Harlem Bespoke: Permits had been approved last year for construction at the long vacant lot at 320 West 135th by the subway station entrance on St. Nicholas Avenue and now construction has finally started up.  We walked by the intersection that also faces St. Nicholas Park this week and were able to  get a photo of design rendering of the new building.
The 9-story building will apparently be mixed use so there will probably be some sort of commercial space on the ground floor.  Online paperwork also mentions that there will be 17 residential apartments available when all finishes up and we expect this one to be a condo development from the look of things.
