Harlem Bespoke: An empty lot at 504 West 141st Street between Hamilton Place and Amsterdam has had construction on site for the past couple of years or so but the building has not yet been completed. DOB permits show that the 6-story new construction in West Harlem will have 12 apartments when finished and the completion date on the plywood signage was set originally for Spring 2018. New work violations from this year has stalled things even further so it is unclear when things will finally wrap up. Other than that, the original rendering shown up top appears to be a reverse format of the final facade design which can be seen at the lower photo.
