Harlem Bespoke: The Daily News reports that the Tribeca Film Festival will actually launch at The Apollo on 125th Street this year in celebration of a new film on the legendary Harlem theater. This HBO documentary called
The Apollo will screen opening day on April 24th and will explore the history of uptown's most renowned entertainment space that has been around for over a century. More details can be found on the New York Daily News site:
