Harlem Bespoke: There was an empty lot at 2903 8th Avenue a couple of years ago but now a new building has been revealed at the block located between 153rd and 154th Street. The completion date was probably set for 2016 based on
Streeteasy but the 14-unit rental complex appears to now just be finishing up. Grey appears to be the choice these days for architects so we expect more similar construction replacing the handful of empty lots that still dot Central Harlem. This is the most northern part of the neighborhood and boutique businesses have also been arriving recently so a next wave of changes is definitely starting to come about.
