Harlem Bespoke: The affordable housing lottery for 847 St. Nicholas Avenue is now up online and a majority of the one-bedroom apartments are going for $761-$963 a month for those making from $28,046 - $43,860 annually. Half of the available units at the new construction by 152nd Street will also be reserved only for Community Board 9 residents and the deadline is set for April 22, 2019 to apply.
