Harlem Bespoke: Demolition of the old houses on Lenox by 131st Street finished up about a year ago and construction has really picked up at the development called 407 Lenox. We walked by this corner of Central Harlem this week and noticed that all of the foundation work has been finished. This usually takes the most time to complete and the first floor is currently rising up. There will be 10 stories all together when everything finishes up and things should really start to come together by the end of the year. Check out the rendering of the new building in our past post:
