Harlem Bespoke: A tip came in that the shuttered storefront at the corner of Tiemann and Claremont by West 125th Street will be debuting an asian gastropub sometimes in the next couple of months. We walked by the space that used to be the Columbia Deli a few years back and did notice construction permits on site but everything is pretty much bare bones right now. The word of mouth has it that the guys behind Tampopo ramen in the Washington Heights is joining up with the founder of The Handpulled Noodle in Hamilton Heights to launch this new venture. There are a couple of great asian establishments in the area already but the forthcoming eatery should make the neighborhood even more of a dining destination by this summer.
