Harlem Bespoke: We walked by the storefront on West 127th Street by St. Nicholas Avenue this past week and saw that a tenant has still not been secured for the space that is just around the corner from the A,B,C,D express train entrance at St. Nicholas. Maison Harlem is the next door business and has done well all of these years so opening a new establishment on this block does make a lot of sense. Hopefully too high rents are not getting in the way since overhead for a small business is not easy and this site has been vacant for a long time anyways.
