Harlem Bespoke: The new building at 101 Morningside Avenue at the corner of 123rd Street topped off about a year ago but glass just started to appear on the new construction this past week. This ambitious residential building eschews the plain rectangular condo construction seen in the past decade and knowingly adds a bit of asymmetry into the design. Some of the more notable addresses in the current construction boom has chosen intententionally unique aesthetics to stand out amongst the rest and this is a refreshing movement in general to say the least.
