Harlem Bespoke: Everyone has been wondering about what has been happening with Settepani at the corner of 120th Street on Lenox and it now appears that some major progress is happening on the exterior. Green decorative foliage has suddenly become and addition to the local family-owned eatery which definitely portends an opening happening very soon. Settepani has been around for almost 2 decades and was one of the first finer dining businesses to open uptown but had been closed since the beginning of the year.
