Harlem Bespoke: Steel beams were just starting to go up the last time we checked out 407 Lenox Avenue by 131st Street back in April but things are moving along even more quickly as of late. Five floors have now almost finished up at the new construction in Central Harlem and this in only the halfway point. There will also be commercial space on the ground floor and everything will probably be complete by end of 2020 or so. Check out our past post to see what was originally on site and final rendering of the residential building:
