DRINK: WHERE TO CELEBRATE UPTOWN PRIDE 2019

Harlem Bespoke:  Gays bars have become more popular uptown in the past few years and have always been part of community.  Below are some current alternatives to LGBT nightlife in upper Manhattan to check out this week.

Boxers: The uptown location of the popular is the new LGBT establishment to arrive on the scene.  There will be a Harlem Pride celebration this Thursday at the be Broadway by 159th Street address: LINK

Alibi Lounge over on historic Strivers Row on the 7th Avenue side just below 139th Street and is the only official gay bar to open in Harlem in the past couple of decades.  More on Alibi can be found in our past post: LINK

Suite on Amsterdam at 108th Street is on the outskirts of Morningside Heights but has been the go-to uptown gay bar for well over a decade.  Weekend drag shows at midnight are the main attraction and bring in the crowds: LINK
