Harlem Bespoke: We walked by Ruby's Vintage at the corner of 137th Street on Adam Clayton Powell in the past week and noticed that a new garden has popped up in front of the storefront. An oasis of palm plants now decorate the sidewalk surrounding the eatery and this could indicate that additional outdoor seating might arrive just in time for the warm weather. Ruby's Vintage is now mainly opening during evening hours but is also open during daytime for brunch service on the weekend. More on Ruby's can be found in our past post:
