Harlem Bespoke: A former bodega space at 2620 Frederick Douglass Boulevard on the corner of 140th Street has had some construction going on site recently and some might wonder what will be arriving soon. This location just north of Striver Row and next door to Londel's already has tin ceiling installed within and a recent tip sent in mentioned that a coffee shop will open in the next few months. A celebrity chef restaurant will also be debuting just a block south by the newish art gallery so the commercial business around the historic neighborhood appears to be booming these days.
