Harlem Bespoke: A couple of the more ambitious buildings rising over by 12th Avenue just northe of 125th Street are starting to really come together and Number 614 West 131st Street is already getting glass installed. Columbia University's $7 billion Manhattanville campus broke ground a decade ago and three buildings have since been completed. These two new additions have some interesting diagonal intersections on each level and should bring a little more excitement to the pretty straightforward designs we have seen so far.
