Harlem Bespoke: The quickest building going up in Harlem these days has to be 251 West 117th Street by St. Nicholas Avenue behind the lot of the former
St. Thomas Catholic Church. We checked in a couple of months back and only two floors had been completed but now it looks like everything has almost topped off. Intricate modernist windows can also be seen being installed below so things are really moving along quite quickly. There will apparently be 13 levels and 104 apartments all together when things finish up by possibly the end of this year. Check out what everything looked like back in May in our original post:
