Harlem Bespoke: The Frederick on FDB by 128th Street started up construction back in 2017 and looks to be finishing up very soon. Now 59 rental apartments ranging form studios to 3-bedrooms are up on the city's housing lottery with a September 6th Deadline. Studios and single units have income caps of around $21K up to $82K so there is a wide range but those are the extremes and the majority of the rentals are for earners makings somewhere in between. Rents on average for the one-bedrooms are at about $963 a month and two-bedrooms go for the average of $1,166 a month.
