BESPOKE: RETRO STYLE ON WEST 133RD STREET
Harlem Bespoke: Did another movie set leave a car in Central Harlem? The above sporty red 1930s retro automobile was parked on West 133rd Street just west of Lenox Avenue this week but we did not see any film permits posted on the block. This could just be a rare car collector showing off their wheels and it all transported us back to a time when speakeasies lined the nearby blocks. Most of the car design these days all kind of look pretty nondescript so having a bit of vintage cool really brighten things up on our morning walk. This also reminded us the time when Sugar Hill was transported to the 1970s for a recent film set: LINK
