CONSTRUCTION: EAST HARLEM PASSIVE HOUSING
Harlem Bespoke: The massive passive housing building called Sendero Verde just got finances approved a month ago but it looks like things are starting to move forward already. Plywood has been installed over on the block at 111th and Madison which actually still has one building standing. This will probably end up being an Eminent Domain situation but the end result will be hundreds of units of affordable housing that is in a revolutionary eco-conscious design. A finish date of 2022 has been established so a lot has to happen in the next 6 months if things are going to be on schedule. More on Sedero Verde can be found in our past post: LINK
