Harlem Bespoke: We walked by 2201 7th Avenue by 130th Street this past weekend and wondered if anything else was happening to the foreclosed condo building. This formerly new construction was a casualty of the recession back in 2010 but new permits have been approved back in February. The facade apparently has been cleaned up quite a bit but it is unclear if the the interior work is still ongoing. Does anyone have further details on the future development of WA condominiums?
