Harlem Bespoke: The former laundromat on Lenox by 129th Street was gutted and had a facade renovation in the past year or so in anticipation for a possible restauranteur to take notice. Rent signs on the front window mention that everything is restaurant-ready with vents in place but the space is rather quite massive. If the rent is also as ambitious as the renovations then it might take some time for this commercial space to find an anchor tenant.
