RENT: FIRST LOOK AT THE CAROLINA IN EAST HARLEM

Harlem Bespoke:  We took some of the first live photos of The Carolina which is the low-income affordable housing that is finishing up at 1465 Park Avenue and 108th Street.  Those making in around $14K-$40K annually in shared income can apply to the lottery for studios at $367 a month, one-bedroom for $471 a month, two-bedrooms for $575 a month and three-bedrooms for $658 a month.  Move-ins are apparently set for Spring of next year if all goes to plan.
