RENT: FIRST LOOK AT THE CAROLINA IN EAST HARLEM
Harlem Bespoke: We took some of the first live photos of The Carolina which is the low-income affordable housing that is finishing up at 1465 Park Avenue and 108th Street. Those making in around $14K-$40K annually in shared income can apply to the lottery for studios at $367 a month, one-bedroom for $471 a month, two-bedrooms for $575 a month and three-bedrooms for $658 a month. Move-ins are apparently set for Spring of next year if all goes to plan. More details in income restrictions and how to apply to one of the 399 apartments can be found on the official website: LINK
