Harlem Bespoke: It has taken about 5 years now but it appears that 101 Morningside Avenue will be finishing up by next quarter of the the new year. We walked by the new construction facing Morningside Park at 123rd Street this past weekend and took the above photo which reveals that the majority of windows have been installed an dit appears on the lower community space needs to finish up. The location is also especially ideal since it is only a couple of blocks away from the express trains on 125th Street and the bustling lower FDB commercial corridor is also steps away.
Past reports have stated that this development will be a 22-unit condo building but not much sales information has been released yet. Check out our original post from 2015 when we first revealed the rendering for the final building design:
