CONSTRUCTION: 300 WEST 122ND STREET RISES
Harlem Bespoke: Demolition of an old garage building alongside a former gas station started at the corner of 122nd Street and St. Nicholas Avenue started up back in 2016 but 300 West 122nd Street had pretty much stalled for various issues until early fall of this year. Workers have been on site all hours of the day now and three floors have risen at this point in time. We took the above photos over the last weekend and another floor has since finished up already. Base on permits approved this past year, the full building height will be 13 floors in total with 172 apartment when completed. There was digital rendering posted many years ago that provided a concrete idea of what things might look like but plans have probably changed since then: LINK
