Harlem Stage, 150 Convent Avenue by 135th Street, Tickets $25. Legendary uptown venue Harlem Stage’s 2020 spring season kicks off with the premiere of the Immigrant Song series, which presents concerts celebrating the diversity of our American origins.
THE DIVA (Divine Immigrant Voices about America) EXPERIENCE features renowned sopranos Adrienne Danrich and Liora Michelle, along with special guests Kiana Lilly, Ari Axelrod, Katie McGrath and Music Director Rick Jensen. Together they will regale us with Motown, Broadway, Gospel and classical songs to interpret their families’ histories of arrival to the United States.
