Harlem Bespoke: Mayor De Blasio announced yesterday that grocery stores can refuse service to any shopper not wearing face cover but then Governor Cuomo even made regulations more universal later on in the day. Starting Saturday, all who venture out in the public must have a face mask or cover especially in areas of close proximity such as the bus or subway or while shopping for essential goods. The order also includes walking in the park or even on the sidewalk so make sure to go to the local hardware store or unpack a few scarves in the next three days. More details on CNBC:
