Harlem Bespoke: McDonald's has now become the first national fast food chain to offer up free meals for healthcare workers and first responders nationwide as a show of thanks. For the next two weeks until May 5th, all doctors, nurses, fireman, police and paramedics can get one meal a day for free from a select menu. Breakfast includes the classic egg McMuffin, or the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and later day options have double cheeseburgers, six piece McNuggets or Filet-O-Fish. Meals will also come with a small side of fries and beverage choice. More details on CNN:
