AUCTION: 109TH AND 3RD AVENUE
Harlem Bespoke: There was some demolition activity over between 109th and 110th Street on the 3rd Avenue in the past but now things appeared to have have stalled. A couple of the old tenement buildings on the block had been demolished back in 2016 and the corner address also had scaffolding up at about that time but never was razed. Now an auction sign has been placed up for the parcel so it appears the owner was not able to finance anything further on the site. Check out the rendering of the formerly planned building in our past post: LINK
