Harlem Bespoke: The New York City subways will shutdown night service this week starting Wednesday in a move to stop the spread of coronavirus. Trains will be disinfected from 1:00AM to 5:00AM and outreach teams will seek out the homeless to offer shelters or a hospital alternatives. This bold move by Governor Cuomo is the sort of extreme measures needed to flatten the curve, provide a safe space or commuters and also protect MTA workers who operate public transportation.
