Harlem Bespoke: One of the best outdoor spaces in the city shuttered for business last year but is now up for lease just in time for the warmer weather.
Bierstrasse on 12th Avenue at the corner of 133rd Street has a full bar and kitchen already set up and a classic old-world aesthetic that can easily be used by any new establishment with minimal renovations involved. The new owner pretty much just has to switch out the signage and come up with a new menu along with a customized drink offering. Since dining outdoors will be the big social distancing trend for the remainder of 2020, this notable location under the viaduct in Manhattanville might just yet see another transformation in the coming months.
