SHOP: THE BLUE STOREFRONT ON FDB

Harlem Bespoke: We probably have walked by the storefront at 2162 8th Avenue several times in the past month but just noticed that a new blue brick facade was has been installed out front recently. This location just north of 116th Street was a clothing boutique for several years but had been up for rent about 3 years ago.

As can bee seen by the permits posted, a restaurant had been planned called Serena.  A liquor license appears to have been applied for but construction has probably been stalled because of the current shutdown.  The address is rather ideal since it is in the middle of the FDB commercial corridor and we look forward to reviewing the space in the near future.
