Harlem Bespoke: Boston Market by the subway entrance at Broadway and 157th Street shuttered sometimes in the past year but now it appears something new has already secured the key commercial location. We had noticed the plywood was up at this intersection of Washington Heights in early spring and saw that a few construction workers were on site this week. So what's the new spot arriving in the Heights? A quick search of the address
3781 Broadway reveals that Chipotle is the new anchor tenant. There is already an authentic Mexican spot on the block which provides better food but Chipotle will attract the folks who just want the more simplified commercial version of ethnic cuisine.
