WALK: SCULPTURE PARK AT RIVERSIDE PARK AND 145TH

Harlem Bespoke: There is a nice sculpture park just below Riverbank State Park at 145th Street on the north side that many might know about.  We took a walk yesterday along the bike and pedestrian path of Riverside Park which pleasantly meanders through the wonderland of public art. The large size works are spread out in the open field and there are plenty of large monolithic rocks to sit alongside curvy wood seating structures. Views also include the George Washington Bridge with the Little Red Lighthouse visible if one looks further up river.  Park table and benches are also located on the perimeter but this is an no-barbecue or large gathering zone.  With that said, sunbathers were out closer to grassy areas along the edge of the Hudson and cyclist often just take a break to check out this hidden gem in West Harlem.
