Harlem Bespoke: We decided to revisit a classic uptown fish sandwich this past weekend to see if things have changed or not and have been pleasantly surprised. Those familiar with the dark glazed miso cod from Japanese restaurants will appreciate that this is the marinade at Harlem Burger Co. before they batter things up for the house specialty. The end result is something more flavorful than what is usually offered at other uptown spots and look at the size of this sandwich! Folks often see pictures taken of menu items in Instagram and do not get the same thing at end but this eatery at the corner of 118th Street on FDB always comes through with a spectacular presentation.
