Harlem Bespoke: Phase 3 Reopening happening in the city later this weekend on Sunday July 6th was supposed to be a big until it wasn't. The biggest part of this momentous occasion would have been 50 percent capacity indoor dining but now the
city and state have pulled back that option since other parts of the country are seeing infection rates jump with this implemented too early on. So the only new thing happening in the coming days will that certain youth sports can now congregate and self-care service industries such as nail salon, massage parlors and tanning salons can operate:
