REMEMBER: HOTEL THERESA CIRCA 1916
Harlem Bespoke: A historic photo of the storefronts at Hotel Theresa on 125th street was taken over 100 years ago in 1916 by photographer William Hassler. We noticed a digital image posted on one of the electronic kiosks on 7th Avenue close to the the landmark and looked up the print at New York Historical Society online. Today retail is still a big part of the lower floor but the rest of the building was converted into offices space by the time the 1970s rolled around. More on Hotel Theresa can be found in our past post: LINK
