Harlem Bespoke: There used to be scaffolding up by 719 St. Nicholas Avenue by 146th Street since
last fall but now things appear to be finishing up soon. The former SRO building is now being converted into 6 apartment units and the landmark facade has been restored. As mentioned previously, the corner building next door had been converted into condos in the past few years os the the same thing might happen here in this instance:
