Harlem Bespoke: Some more big changes will be happening on 125th Street in the next few months since construction plans appear to be moving forward for the National Urban League headquarters. We walked by the low-level parking lot building just west of Lenox and noticed new scaffolding is currently being installed. Demolition should be pretty quick since there is not a lot above ground to dismantle and the $242 million new construction should definitely start rising in the next year or so.
