Harlem Bespoke: We saw city workers passing out free masks on 125th Street earlier in the week and this sort of proactive investment appear to be working since the city numbers are down especially in Manhattan. Infections rates for Covid-19 have stayed below 1 percent for the past 14 days in New York State and hospitalization numbers are the lowest since March. As far as overall Coronavirus cases go, neighborhoods in Queens, parts of Brooklyn and the Bronx appear to have been hit the hardest by the pandemic.
