Harlem Bespoke: Governor Cuomo announced on Friday that all New York schools can open this fall which also includes New York City. Covid-19 infections overall have been below 1 percent in the state and school districts are submitting social distancing plans for final approval before starting in-person classes in the coming weeks. September 10 is the big date for the city and local politicians will be in charge of giving the green light for each district. More details in the New York Times:
