Harlem Bespoke: The lowest price in Central Harlem that we have found for a one-bedroom rental appears to be at 113 West 128th Street by Lenox Avenue going for $1,550 a month. The listing just popped up yesterday. This renovated apartment is probably a walkup situation but is close to Lenox Avenue and the express subway subway station at 125th Street.
