Harlem Bespoke: It appears that the original location of El Encanto de Lola at the corner of 112th and Lenox will be transforming into something new in the coming weeks. Los 3 Charros appears to be another authentic Mexican mom and pop shop which thankfully are still interested in the neighborhood. With more commercial vacancies expected in the coming months, maybe more small businesses will start coming back to the affordable residential neighborhoods in the city.
