Harlem Bespoke: We have been stopping by Bo's Bagels almost every week now for the $6 sandwich and soda special which has changed our minds completely on how to eat a bagel. The artisan shop on 116th Street just east of Frederick Douglass comes up with sandwich combinations such as the current turkey BLT offering and customers can choose which type of bagel to pair it with. Our traditional concept that bagels are only for breakfast has changed after this experience and we actually have only had the specialty for lunch this summer. More on Bo's in our past post:
