Harlem Bespoke: There have been a few small business closing as of late but new opportunities are are also happening in the neighborhood. A tip arrived to us over the holiday break that mentioned new signage has appeared on Lenox between 128th and 129th Street. We walked on over to the address yesterday and saw that The Noodle appears to be arriving soon. Our hunch based on the graphics of the new eatery is that this might be related to
